Recruitment Coordinator

Mississippi State University is hiring a Coordinator, Recruitment & Student Success. The role involves advising and recruiting prospective veterinary students, supporting them through application and enrollment processes, and coordinating admissions and student success initiatives to enhance the student experience at the College of Veterinary Medicine. Highlights Lead student recruitment efforts for the College of Veterinary Medicine. Advise prospective students and support them through the veterinary school application process. Coordinate admissions functions, student success activities, and recruitment events. Develop and implement communication plans targeting diverse geographic and demographic applicant pools. Maintain relationships with educational institutions and collaborate with university departments. Utilize data analytics and manage recruitment-related systems such as Banner and Slate CRM. Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Cloud, Excel, and shared document platforms. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 2 years of student affairs or admissions experience. Preferred qualification: Master's degree in Student Affairs with additional admissions experience. Salary is Grade 14 with ranges determined by the hiring department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
