Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker - $3123 / Week

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an exciting Travel Allied job in Burlingame, CA. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3123 / Week

• Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical social work interventions.
• Support patients and families with emotional, social, and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment and discharge plans.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with discharge planning, referrals, community resources, and transitions of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate counseling/support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Float and provide coverage across various hospital units as assigned.
• Perform other duties consistent with the LCSW role and department needs.
• Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30), Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)

Requirements:

LCSW – Required
BLS – Required
Minimum 4 years of experience – Required
Ability to work effectively across multiple clinical units.
Strong communication, assessment, organization, and interpersonal skills.
