Customer Success Manager

WelcomeHome is an Atlanta-based SaaS startup with the mission to build the best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform in the senior living and home care sectors. Clients receive world class support, from the migration from their legacy CRM platform to ongoing day to day training and troubleshooting. About the Role As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner closely with our Director of Customer Success and CS Team Lead to ensure our customers adopt WelcomeHome quickly, seamlessly, and to its fullest potential. Your mission is to empower clients to realize measurable business value, enhance their community sales operations based on best practices, and achieve lasting success with our platform. In this role, you’ll take ownership of assigned client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to stakeholders ranging from senior executives to everyday community users. You’ll guide them in leveraging WelcomeHome to streamline workflows, increase engagement, and ultimately drive growth across their communities. Responsibilities Lead clients through onboarding and adoption, tailoring the process to meet their unique needs and goals Training community Sales Directors, whether on-site or via video conference Proactively monitor customer health and engagement to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Elevating key needs to the company's senior leadership Provide ongoing training, resources, and best practices to maximize platform utilization Advocate for the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with Product, Technical Solutions and Support to continuously improve the WelcomeHome experience This position is based in our Atlanta office. While WelcomeHome supports hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 at home), employees are only eligible after 6 months of full-time employment. This role will require up to ~10% travel for client visits. About You The ideal candidate is an organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented individual who is inspired by innovation and our customer’s success. In addition, you may have: Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels Strong critical thinking and data analysis abilities to uncover insights and guide decisions Prior start-up experience is a plus, showcasing adaptability and comfort in fast-paced environments Prior experience with customer success software such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango, etc. What You’ll Get WelcomeHome values all of its employees and strives to provide a competitive compensation package.
