Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5+ years of experience in ready-mix, concrete production, or a similar manufacturing environment Proven experience overseeing Ready Mix operations, concrete batching processes, and plant production activities Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a plant or industrial setting Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, workplace safety practices, environmental regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures Responsibilities Oversee daily Ready Mix plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production while meeting customer demand and delivery schedules Supervise concrete production processes, ensuring accurate batching, material handling, mix consistency, and compliance with company quality standards Monitor production schedules and dispatch coordination to ensure timely delivery of concrete while maximizing plant efficiency Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies Perform quality control oversight, including monitoring concrete specifications, mix designs, and testing procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Talent Group
