Payroll Specialist
A growing ABA organization is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join its payroll team. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping payroll running smoothly processing accurately, resolving discrepancies quickly, and supporting the HR and finance teams along the way. If you're someone who takes ownership of their work and handles sensitive information with care, this one's worth a look.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
- Support end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule
Issue Resolution & Communication
- Address payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with HR and finance teams
Compliance & Records
- Maintain payroll records and documentation
- Support compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- Prior payroll experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Organized, dependable, and follows through
- Experience in healthcare or ABA settings a plus
