Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Summary: This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and communication of escalated customer shipments, inventory discrepancies and data entry and reporting for the receiving team.

Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:

Serve as the main point of contact for commercial teams (Sales, Customer Experience) to escalate customer shipment needs and order inquiries.
Field and respond to shipment-related inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
Locate and confirm inventory availability in SAP to support open customer orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize, pick, pack, and ship orders, including expedited/air-freight orders.
Provide daily updates to commercial teams on orders shipped and orders planned to ship, including any delays or exceptions.
Verify quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them with other departments
Clean up Receiving area reports

Recommended Education and/or Experience:

Prior experience working with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
Experience with H.T.S. (Harmonized Tariff Codes) codes and Incoterms.
Bachelors Degree in a related field; or minimum two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
