IT & CRM Operations Lead: Scale Support & Automation
NEWITY
NEWITY is seeking an IT Operations Lead to manage end-user support, business application administration, and the IT operations team. You will coach and guide a group of 4–5 specialists supporting 100+ employees across multiple entities. The role balances hands‑on Tier 2 execution with CRM operations, process automation, and data management.
