Brand Activation Manager

Are you passionate about coffee, hospitality, and building meaningful business relationships? Nespresso is seeking a National Activation Manager to bring our premium coffee experience to life across New York City and key markets throughout the United States. This role combines brand activation, business development, account management, and event execution. You will represent Nespresso in the market, building relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and other business partners while delivering best-in-class experiences that elevate the brand. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, entrepreneurial, and energized by being in the field. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys meeting new people, and can seamlessly move between strategic planning and flawless execution. What You’ll Be Doing Brand Activations & Events Plan and execute premium brand activations, pop-ups, product demonstrations, and experiential events. Represent Nespresso at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing experiences. Serve as the on-site brand lead, ensuring a polished and premium brand presence. Manage event logistics including staffing, product inventory, equipment, shipping, setup, and execution. Coordinate tastings, educational experiences, and product showcases that drive engagement and awareness. Territory Management & Business Development Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and other business partners throughout the market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships. Support account growth through relationship building, training, and ongoing customer engagement. Collaborate with distributors and sales partners to expand visibility and distribution. Track performance against established goals and KPIs. Account Management Serve as a trusted resource for customers, providing solutions that support their coffee programs and business objectives. Conduct account visits, trainings, and business reviews. Develop relationships beyond the buyer level, engaging operational and executive stakeholders when appropriate. Support customer retention and long-term growth through exceptional service and follow-through. Marketing & Brand Support Partner closely with internal marketing and sales teams to execute national campaigns at the local level. Support product launches and key business initiatives through market activations. Provide post-event recaps, insights, and recommendations to improve future programs. Maintain brand standards across all customer-facing experiences. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in beverage, hospitality, foodservice, experiential marketing, account management, or business development. Passion for coffee, hospitality, luxury, or premium consumer brands. Experience managing events, activations, client relationships, or territory-based business development. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally. Experience managing budgets and event logistics. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market. Travel Expectations Approximately 30–40% travel throughout the year (domestic). Regular attendance at conferences, customer events, and business meetings. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on activation schedules.
