Project ManagerThe Project Manager is a dynamic and organized professional who manages construction projects from start to finish. This role requires leadership skill, people management skills, project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to lead teams effectively. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with client's key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.Budget Management: Create, monitor, and control project budgets.Resource Management: Allocate resources and manage project teams, in budget.Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of project quality standards are met.Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks ahead of time.Subcontractor & Manufacturer Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality.Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.Manage construction projects from start to finish with a focus on excellence.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets that drive efficiency.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through innovative solutions.Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.Oversee project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.Ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.Review orders accuracyApprove PO's, and InvoicesNegotiate best pricing availableComplete GC pay appsComplete Subcontractor pay appsAssist with APM, and PE trainingVisit sites at least once a monthFollows up with to-do tasks for project continuationMaintain open line of communication with fabrication team, leadership, vendors, customers, field team, and subcontractorsTrack orders ETA and prepare shop or site team for themMaintain schedule up-to-date and ensure complianceReview monthly financial reports and flag any potential issuesReview Vehicle weekly reportStrong lead on PM and fabrication meetingsUpdate Procore monthlyRequest and submit all documentation needed for projectsApprove CO'sAward vendors and subcontractorsBe present for water testsCreate solutions for jobsite or project challengesCreate lessons learned reportPrepare for jobsite mobilizations, including equipment neededEnsure new hires are receiving tech package, and mobilization itemsPrepare for meetings, including handoverAssist Estimating deptReview project daily logsReview all installation manuals before mobilizationCreate Door Order FormsReview Submittal responses and update all teams accordinglySkills and KnowledgeProject Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and software.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Budget Management: Strong budget management and financial tracking skills.Scheduling: Ability to develop and maintain detailed project schedules.Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong project management skills.Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.Experience in project management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.Proven track record of successful project delivery.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.ExperienceMinimum 4 years in Commercial Glazing project management and/or relevant achievements & performanceMinimum 2 Successful Project Completion, in full cycle.
