Application deadline: Jun 23, 2026 The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our Commercial Aerospace & Satellite team. In this role, you will engage new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations. You will collaborate closely with ProServe Cloud Architects, Engagement Managers, and Delivery Consultants to drive customer success and business growth. As the customer‑facing relationship owner, you will build trust, define business outcomes, identify applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and create proposals. You will secure customer sign‑off of Statements of Work (SOWs) and remain connected post‑launch to ensure delivery of agreed Customer Business Outcomes (CBO) as outlined in the SOW. Performance will be measured against key metrics including Revenue, Billable Bookings, and customer satisfaction (CSAT). Key Responsibilities Support business development efforts by engaging customers and contributing to high‑value engagements. Collaborate with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to support a coordinated approach for key accounts. Contribute to proposals, support customer sign‑off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and assist in successful project delivery. Track ongoing projects to support delivery of agreed CBOs and contribute to revenue potential. Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives. Basic Qualifications Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies. 3+ years of technology sales experience. Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction. Experience with cloud computing technologies. Experience working with the commercial space industry. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience supporting commercial space procurement cycles and satellite operations.
