Digital Community & Relationship Manager

Job Description Job Description Overview:
We are looking for someone who knows how to start conversations online and turn them into real business opportunities.

This is not a typical sales role and not a typical social media role. You will be actively engaging with people on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. That includes commenting, messaging, participating in groups, and building relationships that lead to sales.

If you naturally connect with people online, enjoy starting conversations, and are comfortable reaching out first, this role is a strong fit.

What You Will Do:
Engage daily on Facebook and Instagram through comments, direct messages, and group discussions
Participate in relevant Facebook groups and communities
Reach out to potential customers, partners, and collaborators
Build relationships that turn into leads and sales opportunities
Work through lead lists using email and direct outreach
Create posts and contribute ideas that support your personal presence and the company brand
Stay active in our company Facebook group and help drive engagement
Track conversations, leads, and outcomes

What We Are Looking For:
Comfortable starting conversations with new people online
Strong written communication skills with a natural and human tone
Self motivated and able to work without constant direction
Sales minded and able to guide conversations toward business outcomes
Familiar with Facebook groups, Instagram engagement, and direct messaging
Organized and able to manage follow ups and leads

Bonus If You Have:
Experience in inside sales or outbound prospecting
Experience building a personal brand
Experience with email marketing
Experience using a CRM or tracking leads

Consistent daily outreach and engagement
Growth in conversations and qualified leads
Conversion of leads into sales opportunities
Increased visibility and activity in key communities

This is a proactive role. You will be expected to initiate conversations and create opportunities rather than wait for them.
