Transaction Services Specialist

As a Transaction Services Specialist, you will play a key role in the organization and efficiency of the company’s Transaction Team. If you enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and troubleshooting, this just may be the place you have been searching for.
Your day-to-day:
Factoring Operations
Payment Posting in multiple software systems, from Wire, ACH and physical checks
End of Day processes and balancing, working with multiple bank accounts and software systems
Billing in multiple software systems and web portals
Transaction processing
Boarding, Auditing and Closing Client Files
Filing UCC Lien & UCC Audits
Filing 8821 tax forms
Special Projects as assigned
General Office Operations
Answer general phone lines and route calls.
Greet visitors when they arrive and general clerical work
