The Compliance Manager supports the day-to-day administration of the credit union's regulatory compliance program, with primary responsibility for Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) activities. The Compliance Manager is the designated BSA Officer, and the role performs transaction monitoring and investigations, prepares regulatory filings, delivers staff training, and maintains program documentation.

Beyond BSA/AML, the Compliance Manager contributes to broader operational compliance across deposit, lending, payments, and member facing processes by reviewing procedures, conducting monitoring and testing, responding to staff questions, and helping the credit union adapt to regulatory change while supporting a strong member experience.
