LEAD SALES ASSOCIATE-PT in WARROAD, MN S16371
Join Country Fair as a Sales Associate in our Sales & Business Development team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly, efficient, and positive shopping experience
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system accurately, processing cash, credit, and mobile payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including sales floor, restrooms, and exterior areas
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, rotating products to ensure freshness and accurate pricing
- Support fresh food preparation and handling in accordance with company standards and food safety guidelines
- Monitor fuel pumps and the forecourt area for safety, cleanliness, and customer needs
- Respond to customer questions about products, promotions, and store services, resolving issues promptly
- Follow all company policies related to cash handling, loss prevention, age-restricted sales, and safety
- Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to meet daily store performance and customer service goals
- Assist with basic inventory counts and reporting low stock or out-of-stock items to management
