The Role We are looking for an analytical, highly organized self\-starter to become the operational backbone of our marketing function. This is not a high\-level creative agency or brand design role; it is a hands\-on, task\-oriented execution engine designed to keep our marketing systems humming, hold external agencies accountable, and build repeatable operational structure as we scale. Sitting directly under the CEO, you will bring a "hacker mindset" to problem\-solving, a natural curiosity about data and trends, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to create, organize, and interpret data. This is a unique, high\-trajectory opportunity for an ambitious professional with 1–3 years of experience to bridge our current marketing stack toward a more sophisticated organization, putting you on a direct path to our Demand Generation Manager seat as we expand. Your Core Missions Marketing Operations & System Ownership: Serve as the data “review and validate” center for our marketing and tech stack (Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Meta, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp). You will review data integrity across lead sources, help build actionable reporting dashboards, and troubleshoot attribution issues so we always know where our best revenue comes from. Agency Interrogation & Execution Management: Act as the direct strategic bridge between the CEO and our external SEO, PR, and Paid Media agencies. You will project\-manage deliverables, keep campaigns on schedule, hold agency partners accountable to strict ROI metrics, and ensure our top\-performing luxury inventory gets featured. Marketplace Operations & Arbitrage: Ensure consistency in product features between Aurora direct marketing, Paid Media, and 3rd\-party platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace). Track cross\-platform performance and present clean sales data to the CEO to drive strategic pivots. Rapid Testing & Process Improvement: Bring a scrappy, resourceful testing methodology to help trial untapped acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Houzz, Pinterest). You will audit underutilized platform functionality, document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and build repeatable campaign workflows. Commercial & Pricing Analytics: Learn the financial mechanics of high\-ticket secondary luxury commerce. Under the guidance of the CEO, you will analyze market demand data to help accurately position our luxury kitchen displays and appliance packages. What You Bring to the Table 1–3 Years of Hands\-On Experience: Background in marketing operations, e\-commerce, startup environments, or a performance marketing agency. Analytically Focused & Data Curious: A strong inclination to look beyond vanity metrics, organize complex datasets, and understand the "why" behind performance trends. Independent Self\-Starter: Comfortable working with autonomy, creating order from ambiguity, and proactively identifying problems with practical solutions. Marketing Systems & Tech Literacy: Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Excel, and CRM workflows (Zoho preferred). Optional experience with paid media ad managers or project management tools (Notion) is a major plus. Project Management Skills: Exceptional organization to coordinate external contractors, agency stakeholders, and internal priorities without missing details. This Role Is NOT For You If... You need step-by-step instructions before taking action on obvious problems. Compensation & Growth Track Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Performance Incentives: Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses tied directly to growth KPIs (e.g., lead quality optimization, data tracking accuracy, or marketplace sales growth). The Growth Track: As you master our cross-channel operations, take independent ownership of agency relationships, and build reliable reporting structures, you will be on a path for promotion to Demand Generation Manager with associated compensation advancement.
