Sr. Manager Deposit Products

Manage deposit and transactions by developing and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap to build competitive, profitable deposit products that support the member experience. Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for deposit products including product acquisition, retention, engagement, and multi-product. Responsible for competitive intelligence, member experience improvement, and product reporting.Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn consumer deposit product suite as governed by regulations, terms, conditions, and financial valueDevelop robust product roadmaps designed to provide financial value to members and attract new membersSeek and develop opportunities to improve member experience and reduce frictionAssess marketplace competition around product offerings, pricing, and experience. Create product pricing strategies based on competitive analysis, costs, and balance sheet and present to leadership for alignmentIdentify opportunities for product revisions and for new products based on market input and competitive assessments. Develop product specifications and identify required resources for developmentPartner with other areas such as plastic card operations to ensure operational excellence and expected member debit & payment experiencePartner with other teams such as marketing to develop and execute deposit and member growth marketing campaigns. Ensure disclosures and marketing materials are compliant with relevant regulationsProvide ongoing monthly and annual reporting and analysis for the portfolioPrioritize a backlog of deposit product enhancements against member feedback and market conditionsMaximize financial performance of the deposits and new member growthDevelop annual business plan direction for deposits and assignedMaintain a current knowledge of changing legislation and regulatory climate and recommend changes to products and servicesPlan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
