Job Title: Sr. Product Manager – Enrollments & EntitlementsJob Description SummaryResponsible for executing the strategy of the Enrollments & Entitlements product portfolio as outlined by the Lead Product Manager, Product Executive and Head of Product Management for the business unit. Responsible for Product Management Lifecycle activities such as defining the target client segment market and evaluating industry trends and uncovering opportunities. The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enrollment, entitlement administration, authentication, and access governance capabilities while performing launches and post-launch assessments/recommendations. Acts as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff.Major Duties:Develop market insight by defining the target client segment markets and evaluating industry trendsFormulate strategy for the group by aligning cross functional teams, uncovering opportunities and determining life cycle statesShape the value proposition, develop the business case and define the marketing mix model as part of the new product planning processLead in introducing new products to the market by securing regulatory approvals, publishing marketing material and conducting sales trainingAssess industry movement and refine value-based pricing post the launch of new productAttend and present at industry events and publish in industry publicationsProvide sales support including presenting at client and prospect meetingsCreate strategies for cross-program coordination and go-to-market rolloutsCarries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issuesDisplays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivityConducts post launch audits, tracks product success, analyses P&L, metrics, KPIs, and makes recommendations for improvements to promotional programsDefine and execute the product roadmap for enrollment, entitlement administration, authentication, and access governance capabilitiesPartner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to deliver secure, scalable, and client-centric enrollment and entitlement solutionsDrive enhancements to enrollment, entitlement, user administration, and self-service access management capabilities through analysis of client feedback, business priorities, and performance metricsEnsure appropriate governance, controls, auditability, and regulatory compliance are incorporated into enrollment, authentication, entitlement, and access administration processesKnowledge:Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Proficient in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations, distilling complex subject matter into management-ready materialsKnowledge of all products or business areas within an umbrella, mastery of 2-4+ and/or SME ability in 1+ and a strong understanding of client needs and how this impacts the product development agenda/roadmapExcellent in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplinesProgram or project management experience is advantageous; planning, analysis, design and governanceKnowledge of business strategy development is necessary to provide long term planning and to manage the profitability/performance of a major business segmentLeadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staffStrong knowledge of enrollment, entitlement administration, user access management, authentication, and access governance capabilitiesUnderstanding of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements related to enrollment and entitlement managementExperience:A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.Salary Range:$114,500 - 194,700 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
