OR Service Coordinator - F/T Day

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Three to five (3-5) years of operating room/surgical experience - Must have Robotic experience General Surgery, GYN, and Urology Ability to work as part of a cohesive leadership team Leadership experience preferred Excellent communication, facilitation and delegation skills Experience in an operating room. Familiarity with equipment and instruments used in this area, medical terminology, supply management experience. Knowledge of computer systems used in the operating room and materials management. Excellent organizational skills and work with minimal supervision. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Two (2) years of surgical experience in a clinical specialty service line. Leadership oversight. Experience with mentorship, education and training of staff nurses. BSN degree. Licenses and Certifications Required: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
