RPA Business Analyst

Location: USA/Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Partner with subject matter experts (SME) and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to implement IPA/RPA offerings.

Work with SMEs to capture the business process definition and technical requirements for automation.

Write functional specifications. Work with process engineering to develop, test, and implement solutions.

Monitor, measure, and demonstrate value delivered (business case / Cost Benefit Analysis) for each implementation.

Build and demonstrate expertise of the business processes you are automating.

Develop roadmaps and design automation technologies to align with business needs

Work with Automation Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects.

Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for Automation initiatives; capture and document current state manual processes including data flows.

Able to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree

Big 4 consulting experience and/or other leading management consulting experience

Minimum three years of experience working with UiPath (automation tools)

Six Sigma Green Belt or other similar process excellence certifications

Knowledge of RPA, AI/ML technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence.

Excellent spoken and written communication

Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and developments in areas including generative AI, RPA, process mining, etc.

Continuous learning attitude of the emerging technology trends and instituting innovative thinking/approach throughout the organization.
