Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (Days / Nights available; 48-hour guarantees are NOT available
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Target Start Date: October 26, 2026
• Rate Multipliers: Overtime and Holiday multipliers at 1.25x (no non-billable orientation).
• Scheduling & RTO: No block scheduling or schedule accommodations allowed. Candidate cannot work in conjunction with another placement. Maximum of 5 days of RTO permitted for a 13-week assignment ( must be requested and verified at upload; no post-upload RTO approved
• Holiday Requirements: Must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed (Thanksgiving block, Christmas block, or New Year's block).

Key Facility Policies & Compliance Mandates

• State & License Mandate: New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate must be uploaded upfront with all nursing submissions per state law.
• Radius & Local Policy: Strict 50-mile radius restriction . Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will NOT be considered. Permanent address must be included in the profile.
• Logistics: Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment. Dress code is personal scrubs of any color.
• Unit Profile: Small 25-bed rural hospital and critical access facility requiring nurses to work independently and "hit the ground running." Patient population spans newborn to geriatric. Ratios are typically 5:1 for Med-Surg/Tele, and 3:1 to 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of PCU, Med-Surg, or Telemetry experience required (prior travel and rural/small facility experience highly preferred). Note: Travelers must be completely comfortable floating across and working within MS, Tele, and PCU specialties.
• Licensure: Active New Hampshire RN license or multi-state compact license required in hand at upload.
• Certifications & Testing: AHA BLS and AHA ACLS required. Basic dysrhythmia test results must be included in the profile.
• Mandatory Submission Documents: Completed skills checklists for Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (current to within 1 year); 1 signed supervisory reference from within the past 2 years; NH agency registration certificate; and state nursing license.
