This position involves working in a small, rural healthcare facility, managing patients across various ages from newborns to geriatrics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a setting that caters to Medical/Surgical (MS), Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) needs. Shift Details\n \n Shift: 12 Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) \n Schedule: 36 hours per week \n Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend, holidays as needed \n Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality patient care in MS, Telemetry, and PCU settings. \n Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient status. \n Work independently and adapt quickly to various patient needs. \n Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. \n Qualifications\n \n 3 years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry nursing required. \n Must have a Basic Dysrhythmia certification. \n Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred. \n Experience in rural/small facility settings is an advantage. \n Must possess a valid New Hampshire RN license or a Compact RN license. \n Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications are required. \n Patient Care\n The RN will work with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 5:1, which may adjust to 3:1 or 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients based on individual needs. Dress Code\n Personal scrubs of any color are acceptable.
