Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly elementary level, is strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of special education evaluation, eligibility processes, and report writing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage time efficiently, traveling between two locations as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students referred for special education services
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret assessment results and develop recommendations
• Attend eligibility meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
• Provide consultation and support to school teams regarding student interventions, behavior, and academic concerns
• Document all services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
