Assistant Property Manager/Administrative Assistant - Tax Credit Community (Methuen, MA)

The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and professional Assistant Property Manager to support a 97-unit Tax Credit residential community in Methuen, MA. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer service skills, proven market leasing experience, and a steady work history that demonstrates initiative and reliability. Pay: $26-$28/hour (based experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM What you will do Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the community Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Handle leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution Support compliance efforts for the Tax Credit program Assist with resident retention and renewal initiatives Maintain accurate resident files, records, and reporting Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve operations and resident satisfaction Experience Required for Your Success Qualifications Experience in market leasing required Knowledge of Tax Credit housing (LIHTC) strongly preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Steady work history with demonstrated reliability and initiative Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work as part of a team Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Paid time off and holidays Career development and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Wingate Companies
