Human Resources Specialist Key Responsibilities Process and coordinate bi-weekly payroll activities and related reporting. The HR Specialist will support employee benefits administration and annual open enrollment. Coordinate recruiting logistics, interview scheduling, and applicant communications. The HR Specialist will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Maintain HR records, personnel files, and employee training certifications. Qualifications Of The Human Resources Specialist Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of HR, payroll, and benefits administration experience preferred.
