Recruitment Manager (Relationship Manager)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive end-to-end hiring for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruiters, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates, maintaining client relationships, and achieving recruitment targets across multiple industries and functions. The Recruitment Manager will play a key role in developing recruitment strategies, improving team performance, and ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and senior recruiters. Set individual and team hiring targets and monitor performance. Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative, high-performance recruitment culture. Recruitment Delivery Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements with high-quality candidates. Support recruiters in handling niche, critical, and leadership hiring. Maintain recruitment quality metrics including turnaround time, submission-to-interview ratio, and offer-to-join ratio. Client Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client hiring needs and workforce planning. Conduct regular client review meetings and provide recruitment updates. Resolve escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Recruitment Strategy Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and database mining. Identify new sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and pipeline. Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence. Process & Compliance Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and company policies. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM. Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for management. Monitor recruitment KPIs and implement continuous process improvements. Business Support Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to support new client acquisitions. Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and workforce planning. Assist in preparing recruitment proposals and staffing solutions. Proven experience handling multiple clients and high-volume hiring. Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
