Job Description Benefits Consultants Needed Employment type: full-time Our rapidly expanding office in Wexford, PA is currently hiring multiple Benefits Consultants. Our company is an exclusive union benefits company for labor unions, credit unions and associations. As a Benefits Coordinator and part of this team, you will be a key member of the benefits support system and responsible for working with our union members to service applications, scheduling appointments, data entry, maintaining client records, assisting union members with product and service information. Competencies Expected for this Role: Driven and motivated to being successful Have strong organizational skills Flexible and adaptable to change with excellent time management Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to learn and retain information We foster a positive, friendly, and family oriented office environment and offer great weekly hours, retirement programs, healthcare reimbursement, life insurance and paid conventions. The right candidates must have a professional appearance and speaking voice, be comfortable and courteous on the phone, and have an outgoing and enthusiastic attitude. Candidates without reliable transportation or a valid DL should not apply. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent No experience necessary! We will train you!
