Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, high-quality shopping experience focused on customer needs and brand standards. They drive daily sales goals by engaging customers, building initial client relationships, and supporting in-store initiatives and training. This entry-level role leverages digital tools and alternative purchasing methods to broaden product discovery and accessibility. Responsibilities Drive daily business to achieve sales targets through customer-focused selling. Engage customers to build clientele and represent expected in-store brand experiences. Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results. Utilize digital and alternative purchasing tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, Ship to Home, QR codes, virtual catalogs) to expand sales channels. Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to stand, walk, move around the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight travel.
