- Programming, setups and calibration of projection weld machines and robotic welding arms
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of issues with machines
- Replacement of parts, tools and equipment
- Operating machines to perform test runs and performing quality checks for example: torque tests and push / destruct tests
- Performing tasks that include but aren't limited to general labor, machine operation, rework, Mig welding and shipping receiving
- Successful candidates must be willing to lend a hand when needed and must be open to cross training
- Blueprint reading
- Mig Hand welding experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of welding codes
- Knowledge of machine programming and setups
- Ability to operate forklift as needed
- Experience with Lincoln Electric, Motoman or Yaskawa welding machines
- Work stationary performing repetitive tasks
- Able to stand for entire shift duration
- Manual dexterity and efficiency in high volume environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
