Senior Property Manager

Commercial Property Manager – Retail Shopping Centers We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail shopping centers. What You'll D Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail shopping centers Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital improvement projects, and property inspections Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, monitor expenses, and review monthly financial reports Oversee vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and ensure work is completed to company standards Review lease provisions, coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and ensure compliance with lease obligations Partner with accounting to review CAM reconciliations, rent collections, and financial reporting Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently Collaborate with asset management and ownership to identify opportunities to improve property performance and tenant satisfaction Qualificatio 3+ years of commercial property management experience, with retail shopping center experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property operations, budgeting, and vendor management Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize multiple properties and projects in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience Why Join Hybrid work schedule offering flexibility between the office, properties, and home Competitive compensation and paid time off Supportive leadership with a collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and career advancement The opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing a high-quality retail portfolio Disclaimer: The responsibilities and duties outlined in this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
