Join an established, growing outpatient practice serving patients of all ages in Mill City, Oregon. This role offers a balanced schedule, a strong referral base, and a collaborative team that supports your clinical interests and fosters your long-term growth. A Family Medicine physician provides comprehensive, continuous healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems. This practice emphasizes whole-person care, integrating preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care within a primary care setting.

• Predictable Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with one dedicated admin day per week. 34 hours of direct patient time and 6 professional hours.
• Low Call Commitment: 1:7 call schedule with no weekends or ER coverage required

Qualifications

• Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Family Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited residency program.
• ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license.
• New graduates, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply.
