Role description

• Full-time attorney with 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, primarily in the areas of No-Fault first-party PIP, automotive negligence and bodily injury.
• The attorney will be responsible for preparing and drafting written discovery, conducting legal research, drafting motions, attending court hearings, and other day-to-day tasks associated with the role.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and member of the Michigan Bar Association
• Experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work full-time (Remote -hybrid- option available)
