Position: Front Desk / Guest Service Representative Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Weekdays & Weekends Available

What You’ll Do

As part of our Front Desk team, you’ll:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations and guest requests 
• Provide helpful information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
• Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency 
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:? Friendly, positive, and energetic ? Passionate about hospitality and helping others ? Professional and reliable ? Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment ? A strong communicator—both verbally and in writing ? Able to stand for extended periods ? Available evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus—but the right attitude and personality matter most!

Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Great attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of local attractions and entertainment venues
• Considerable knowledge of computer systems for registration, reservations and backup systems
• Above average mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with employees and guests
• Ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, some of whom will require a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy, to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts
