Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales

Job Description
We are looking for a customer service / inside sales rep to join our office team. This person will handle inbound phone calls and emails. They will provide customer support and process orders. We sell machine shop supplies which include primarily cutting tools and abrasives used in manufacturing aerospace, medical and other machined products. Experience in this field is preferred but we can provide training to bring the ideal candidate up to speed and comfortable dealing with customers. The candidate will have access to technical support and be able to hand off any issues or questions they need help with. We want this candidate to learn our business, get comfortable with our customer base and become a valuable appreciated resource.
You will be great for this role if you have a strong desire to help people and are detail oriented. We want you to be laser focused on solving customer problems and providing them with their needs. That same desire to help teammates is essential too. You can expect support when you need it as well.
