Create individualized treatment plans that cater to short-term objectives as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions that focus on various aspects including communication, language, fluency, voice production, and swallowing therapy.

Engage collaboratively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to formulate cohesive care strategies.

Provide education for patients and their families to bolster progress beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions for speech therapy, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout the entire treatment course.

Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with the protocols set forth by state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of advancements in the field through ongoing education and peer engagement.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of starting employment.

Skilled in evidence-based practices across all age groups, with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
