Coating Operator We are seeking an Associate Tech for an on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This full-time temporary role offers the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The position supports varied production and operational activities in a fast-paced work environment where accuracy, teamwork, and consistent execution are important. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The selected candidate should have at least one year of experience and be prepared to perform hands-on tasks that involve assembly, quality control, and maintaining steady productivity throughout the shift. This role is well suited for someone who can work effectively with a team, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to daily operations in a reliable manner. Salary: $20 to $22 per week. What You Will Do? Perform assembly tasks accurately and consistently in a fast-paced work environment. Support quality control activities by checking work for accuracy and required standards. Work as part of a team to complete assignments and meet daily production expectations. Stand for long periods of time while completing assigned duties throughout the shift. Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds as part of regular job tasks. Be available for overtime when required to support operational needs. Your Skills You must have at least one year of relevant experience in a similar hands-on work environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing daily priorities. You need assembly skills to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
