Associate Director of Sales

As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents. What You'll Do: Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations Assist in setting and tracking sales goals Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day Support on-site sales and marketing events Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families What We're Looking For: 1+ year sales support or customer service experience Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented and service-focused Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Pay Range: 21.20 - 26.60 Benefits and Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement Some benefits have eligibility requirements Equal Opportunity Employer Sunrise Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
