OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Hopkinsville, KY by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Become an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver for HMD out of Hopkinsville, KY, hauling freight nationwide on consistent long-haul routes. Drivers average about 2,500 miles weekly and return home every two weeks while running modern sleeper-equipped tractors (under 3 years) with APUs, inverters and reliable in-house maintenance.

Core duties:

• Transport dry van freight safely, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain ELD compliance.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and coordinate service needs.
• Keep clear communication with dispatch and handle trip paperwork.

Requirements & pay: Requires CDL-A and 12+ months of OTR experience; pay starts at 65 CPM with bonuses and full benefits including 401(k).
