About the Role This is a contract position supporting our recruiting operations - keeping the hiring process organized, fast, and smooth for candidates and hiring managers as we grow our center footprint. Key Responsibilities Schedule phone screens, interviews, and debriefs across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Post and refresh job openings across our ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed). Screen inbound applicants against role criteria and route qualified candidates to recruiters. Keep the ATS clean and current: candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring documentation. Support our transition to a new onboarding system as appropriate Other functions to support recruiting efforts on the team Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a fast-paced administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - you keep many moving pieces on track. Excellent written and verbal communication.
