Customer Service Supervisor

Provide management oversight for customer service representatives responsible for specific lines of business Ensure the P&C Customer Service Team meets performance measures Make business decisions related to customer satisfaction Resolve customer inquiries and process orders from entry through shipment Integrate customer service activities with plant operations, scheduling, inventory control, and logistics Coordinate with Operations managers and the sales organization Develop and lead a qualified customer service team Monitor customer issues, implement corrective actions, and assure customer satisfaction Communicate directly with customers to identify needs and coordinate rapid responses Manage key accounts Establish and maintain customer service processes and procedures Create and maintain customer account records in Microsoft D365 Manage daily customer service team functions and promote teamwork and productivity Provide customer service training programs Follow and promote site safety policies and procedures Communicate with Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, and QA departments Interact with Outside Sales and Marketing groups Participate in cross-functional meetings Requirements Must possess excellent business management skills Track record for innovation and outstanding leadership ability Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Ability to lead change Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline 5–7 years of experience in the food industry is preferred Proven track record in sales or customer service management Proficiency in end-to-end order processing Proficiency with Microsoft D365 Knowledge and enforcement of safety policies, PPE, and equipment safeguards Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills in customer service, with a focus on team development, customer satisfaction, and effective communication across departments. Proficient in Microsoft D365 and end-to-end order processing within the food industry.
