• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• License/Certs: Indiana State License, ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (required for L&D unless obtainable after placement), PALS preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Children's Hospital PICU/NICU; recent experience in similar settings preferred

• Hourly Rate: $62.34

What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory care in PICU and NICU settings for pediatric patients
• Support neonates, infants, and children by delivering evidence-based respiratory interventions
• Float across NICU, PICU, and Peds units based on daily needs
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications
• Adapt to unit needs and promote best practices in respiratory therapy

What You Need:

• Indiana State License (accepts temporary IN license with application in process)
• RRT credential from NBRC
• ACLS, BLS, NRP (PALS preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU/NICU experience in children's hospital or equivalent level 1 adult facility
• L&D experience is preferred for specific placements
• Ability to work every other weekend and night shifts on 3x12 schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
