What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic care to patients in the ICU setting
- Conduct diagnostic tests and assist with treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan facilities supporting various units
- Maintain documentation and comply with facility protocols
- Support patient care during night shifts, ensuring optimal outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- NBRC (RRT) certification
- Indiana license to practice
- 18 months minimum ICU experience, with at least 18 months recent ICU work
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Willingness to work every other weekend
- Confirmation of comfort with the alternative weekend schedule
Preferred:
- Experience in neuro diagnostics or respiratory therapy
- Ability to float between multiple facilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
