We are seeking a driven and influential Real Estate Recruiter to help attract, identify, and secure top-producing agents for a growing brokerage. This is a full-time, non-selling position designed for a high-performing real estate professional who thrives on recruiting conversations, building relationships, and driving measurable growth through talent acquisition. Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 On-Target Earnings: $100,000+ Performance-based bonuses (eligible after 60 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Proactively source and recruit high-quality real estate agents Conduct weekly recruiting appointments and interviews Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective agents Follow up consistently to convert prospects into hires Develop and implement recruiting strategies aligned with company goals Agent Engagement & Retention Onboard new associates and ensure a strong transition Maintain consistent contact with recruited agents Support productivity conversations and goal setting Collaborate with leadership to increase retention and performance Performance & Reporting Track recruiting metrics and conversion ratios Monitor agent count growth and productivity trends Support leadership with market research and competitive insights Qualifications 2–3+ years of sales or recruiting experience Proven history as a top-producing agent preferred Demonstrated recruiting or relationship-building success Strong communication and closing skills Financial literacy, including familiarity with P&L concepts MLS and real estate technology proficiency Documented track record of achieving measurable results #J-18808-Ljbffr CC Consulting
