Critical Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner to join a high-acuity hospital-based ICU team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role involves managing critically ill patients, performing advanced bedside procedures, and providing independent clinical decision-making in an inpatient critical care setting. Responsibilities Manage care for critically ill ICU patients Perform advanced procedures, including: Central line placement Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Respond to emergent and rapidly changing clinical conditions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Current ICU / Critical Care experience required Strong procedural skills in a critical care setting Ability to work independently in high-acuity environments Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Current state RN and NP licensure Schedule & Flexibility Flexible scheduling available, including 7-on/7-off rotations Hospital-based inpatient ICU coverage Full-time opportunities available Competitive base salary (based on experience) RVU / performance-based incentives Full benefits package Only experienced ICU Nurse Practitioners will be considered.
