We are currently seek a Part Time Receptionist to join our team at The Manor at York Town.
The Manor at York Town is a premier retirement community located in Jamison, PA.Shift Available:
- Part-Time 4:15pm-12:15am every Saturday.
- Responsible for handling all communications through the Concierge Center.
- Responsible for handling the inquiries of residents.
- Responsible for all incoming calls, directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages.
- Greet and direct all visitors and residents appropriately. Assist those who have requests.
- Accept packages, log receipt of packages, and notify residents and staff of package delivery.
- Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and have a genuine interest in geriatric care and uphold the philosophy of the community.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
