Dental Receptionist Location: 714 N. Bethlehem Pike, Lower Gwynedd, PA 19002 We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team in Lower Gwynedd, PA. This part-time position offers flexible days and hours, allowing you to create a positive patient experience while managing front desk operations and supporting the administrative needs of our practice. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally Confirm appointments and manage patient recallsAssist patients with paperwork and office procedures Address patient concerns and communicate them to the appropriate team member Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Manage the daily schedule to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction Check patients in and out of appointments Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information Maintain accurate patient records within Dentrix Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Explain treatment estimates and financial arrangements to patients Collect co-pays, balances, and payments Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records Assist with insurance claims and follow-up as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff Assist with office projects, marketing initiatives, and patient outreach programs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous dental or medical office experience preferred Knowledge of Dentrix or other dental practice management software preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Schedule This is a part-time position with flexible days and hours.
