We don't cap your success. With our commission plan tied directly to your Gross Profit performance and future store bonuses linked to net profit growth, realistic earnings range from $85,000 to $150,000+ annually .

You are the primary champion of our culture, holding the team accountable to excellence while guiding our clients with 100% transparency:

• Command Shop Operations: Direct workflow, optimize technician workloads, and lead morning setup (7:00 AM) to evening wrap-up (5:00 PM).

• Deliver the "WOW" Experience: Build lasting client relationships through transparent, honest sales advice—ensuring every customer feels like family.

• Lead by Example: Embrace a "whatever it takes" leadership mindset—whether that’s driving a client shuttle, picking up parts, or coaching a team member.

• Drive Business Performance: Manage daily reconciliations, keep production moving efficiently, and exceed monthly shop goals.

• Proven Leadership: 5+ years of management/supervisory experience and 1+ years of high-level sales or advisory success.

• Unshakeable Integrity: A commitment to honesty, accountability, and putting people first.

• Technical Savvy: Proficient with Windows software, shop management tools, and typing at least 30+ WPM.

• Professional Drive: Strong communication skills, basic financial acumen, a valid driver's license, and an upbeat, problem-solving attitude.
