Facilities Director

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Logan facility, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently

Monitor and maintain building systems including security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Manage a small team of direct reports

Coordinate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, equipment, etc.)

Schedule and supervise contractors to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards

Obtain bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance

Ensure the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations

Maintain safety protocols, emergency procedures, and security measures

Conduct regular safety checks and coordinate inspections

Manage cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment

Oversee landscaping and grounds maintenance

Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget

Track expenses and ensure cost-effective operations

Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials

Work closely with program staff to ensure facility needs align with resident services

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility concerns

Support special events and operational needs within the facility
