We're seeking a full-time, in person Marketing Coordinator who combines creativity with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. This hands-on role supports marketing campaigns, content development, project coordination, and performance reporting. 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Maintain project trackers, timelines, and workflows to ensure organized execution, clear communication, and timely follow-through with internal stakeholders. 

• Campaign & Content Execution: Help develop and execute marketing content and campaigns across digital, email, social media, and direct outreach. 

• Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging, on-brand posts, graphics, and short-form videos that drive
  follower growth and engagement. 

• Audience Development: Build and maintain targeted contact lists, support audience segmentation, and ensure database accuracy. 

• Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign KPIs, engagement, leads, and results; maintain reports and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Marketing Operations:
  Provide administrative support for: event sponsorships/engagements. promotional merchandise, marketing assets, and internal communications. 
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience preferred, including digital and social campaign management.  

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 

• Experience developing professional marketing materials, including graphics, email content, and digital assets that meet brand requirements. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. 

• Proactive, accountable, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and consistent follow-through.
