About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients using the nursing process.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions while implementing individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Sorian EMR system while ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
- Previous travel nursing experience required.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Ability to care for adult medical-surgical patients with occasional pediatric patients.
