About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the HealthTech field. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to scale a business, and the ability to take full responsibility for its success. The CMO will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving tailored support in goal, time, and energy management, as well as intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding rounds. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment, with the aim of scaling the startup to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The CMO will have the opportunity to work closely with serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, gaining access to a vast network of professionals and receiving guidance on team building, product iteration, and marketing strategies. This is a unique chance to be part of a community that is dedicated to supporting outlier and serial entrepreneurs in their journey to build billion-dollar companies.
